The words, About Us, is an interesting Header to have on a website and typically I have found that most of the time, this category basically describes the business people do and services provided. I would like to use this opportunity to truly tell you, About Us, the team of people that take each event from just a phone call or visit and turn it into an incredible event that was all cultivated from the visions of each and every client.

Catering is incredibly hard work, plain and simple! The days are long, nights are short and the physical demands can be overwhelming no matter what the age. Our staff is comprised of a true Team, whether they are High School Students, College Students or Everyday People struggling to pay the bills and make extra money to survive out there in the world. They each come with a back story, the High School Student saving money for the Prom, their first car and college. The College Student who has strapped on Student Loans and needs additional help to achieve their goals in education and hopefully, one day, will go out there, make a difference, and change the world! You have the
Adults, Single and Married, many with children who are endearing the challenges of everyday life. Keeping a roof over the family, food on the table and clothes on their back, those are the simple challenges! There are the ones dealing with illness in the family, both spouse and children, with Medical Bills that will never end and those that have lost their partners and other family members. No matter what the story, it is a Team that shows up at each event and leaves you totally unaware of what is going on in their world, demonstrates a level of compassion and professionalism, all in order to make your event remarkable.

For some, this is a first job, naïve to the difficulties of the work and the world. Some never return after day one! Training the young staff is really turning them on to a different way of life because many do not experience a Family Dinner with tables properly set. Some have never been to a Wedding to partake in the traditions or to a Museum, where many of our events take place. We introduce them to Theaters, Magnificent Homes and Businesses that allow them to stretch their minds when they start planning their own futures. Some are just simply happy to come to work and be with people that have a passion for other people, a drive to do their best, no matter how difficult and at the end of the day, be proud of what was accomplished. America was built by people with dreams, passion, compassion, drive, professionalism, dedication and the common goal of Always Do Your Best.
