Catering & Event Fees

Our Catering & Event Fees are based on specifics of your event, such as distance, time involved and staffing requirements and are subject to change based on final details.
Events that are Labor Intensive, Logistically Challenging or requires Additional Staffing to maintain the Service Integrity of Feast and Festivities by O'Connor's may necessitate additional charges.

Venue Fees:

Certain Venues may require additional fees for Travel, Kitchen Equipment & Usage, as well as Degree of Difficulty.

Catering Equipment:

A Covered Catering/Kitchen Tent with Sidewalls & Lighting is required when On-Premises Kitchen Facilities are not available. The size required will be 20 X 20 feet. The Catering Tent should be in close proximity to the dining area and have a minimum of Four (4) 20amp Circuit Outlets available.

Proposals/Estimates:

An Estimate and/or Verbal Proposal are not a guarantee that we have booked your event. Events are considered Confirmed once a contract has been signed and a deposit has been secured.

Final Counts and Dietary Needs:

Final Guest Count is required Fourteen (14) Days Prior to the event date. Dietary Needs & Requests, as well as, Table Assignments are due Fourteen (14) Days Prior to the event date.

Extension of Event Time:

Amounts on the Estimate are based on the previously agreed upon event times. Should you wish to extend the Duration of the Event; a Charge of $10 per person per hour based on the Original Guaranteed Count will be applied.

Tastings:

We do not offer Tastings. We are happy to provide you a list of References of Previous Clients and Catering Venues that we service for you to contact. Also, please feel free to check our Reviews on Facebook, Wedding Wire, The Knot, Trip Advisor or Yelp.

Cake Cutting & Service Charge:

The Cake Cutting Fee is applicable only at certain venues. Please enquire or ask your Event Planner.

Vendor Meals:

Vendor Meals are available at a cost of $25 per person. A Vendor Count is required with your Guest Final Count.

Ceremony Charge:

If the Ceremony is taking place on-site and the Venue/Room is required to be set prior to the Ceremony, an additional $300 fee will be applied to the Final Invoice.

Safe and Sanitary Workspace:

If the Event is taking place at Your Home or Personal Residence and Our Staff is working out of Your Facilities, PLEASE ensure that work areas are Clean and Household Pets are removed from the area.
